When the position of the claw block on the tooth plate is at the top of the last tooth, it should be considered to replace the new gear eccentric sleeve and the pitch eccentric sleeve. It can also be adjusted by the following methods: loosen the screw, so that the tooth shape adjustment plate is removed from the gear eccentric sleeve, and rotate the gear eccentric sleeve with the gear plate to the back of the machine (note: the number of teeth on both sides should be equal, and no more than three teeth can be rotated at a time). Install the tooth adjustment plate, tighten the screw, adjust the claw block to the first tooth, see the effect of compression cutting force, the effect is not ideal, can be adjusted again, but should pay attention to the number of teeth of the gear eccentric sleeve rotation, should be less than the number of teeth of the first rotation. When the left or right pressure is small, this method can also be used, that is, which side of the pressure is small to adjust which side of the gear eccentric sleeve, the claw block is properly returned to 1-2 teeth when cutting.

When the upward and downward pressure deviation occurs, loosen the screws fastening the hook pad and the adjusting block of the pressure plate, increase the thickness of the gasket at the hook pad, and reduce the thickness of the gasket at the adjusting block of the pressure plate, and increase the upper pressure of the working face; Conversely, the lower pressure increases.
Third, the reason for the reduction of die cutting pressure is also: (1) the belt is too loose. It should be properly adjusted to make it properly relaxed. (2) The friction surface of the clutch is mistakenly injected with oil or grease. Should be unloaded, clean with gasoline, wire brush; The friction surface is slipping due to wear and should be trimmed. (3) The brake gap is too small and is often in the braking state. It should be adjusted in time so that the gap reaches: 0.8-1.5mm. (4) Due to the lack of oil, resulting in the burning of the bearing and the phenomenon of holding the shaft. (5) The input voltage should be normal, the transformer, rectifier, relay, contactor work normally, the contacts are intact without ablation, the connecting wire head should be firm, the carbon brush and the slip ring contact is good, otherwise, it will reduce the die cutting pressure.
