Make thorough preparations before production
1.  Ensure that the template is correct and intact. Before production, the primary task is to check whether the mold is in good condition before using it. This is something that every machine operator must keep in mind.
2.  Install the template. When installing the template, three special points need to be noted: First, handle the mold gently during installation. If too much force is applied, the template is very likely to be damaged. Second, when locking screws, do it from the middle to both sides. The third point is to use an electric gun to tighten the screws

The division of labor among the machine operators should be clear

   The general crew is divided into: the captain, the assistant A and the assistant B, and their responsibilities are different. Among them, the captain is mainly responsible for arranging the production sequence and having the crew carry out their work in accordance with the production sequence. Meanwhile, the captain is also responsible for important tasks such as installing die-cutting plates and conducting debugging.

The main job responsibilities of Deputy A include: holding die-cutting boards and assisting the captain in installing them. Assist the captain in debugging production work items and reduce the time the captain spends checking the content.
   As for Deputy B, his main job is to adjust the paper feeding unit, prepare the cardboard for this order and the next one, and ensure that they are produced in sequence.

Manage technical parameters well

   Establish product technical parameters. After a new order is produced, the production data should be promptly stored in the computer or written in the production materials. For instance, the die-cutting pressure, die-cutting phase, and precautions for die-cutting products can be recorded accurately. In this way, during subsequent production, the data can be directly output or adjusted to the data values, reducing the waste of operation time.
