When the oil is injected into the guide rail surface, the oil gun is directly injected into the guide rail plane and the spindle on the curve ring to ensure that the front of it can be lubricated, and it must be monitored at any time whether the sliding surface has scratches, fuzziness, cracks and other phenomena.
Second, the composite bearing of the two shafts and three shafts of the machine is injected with lubricating oil through four glass oil cups, and the oil cup should be filled with oil when the machine is moving, and the switch on the oil cup is in the open position. When you stop using the machine, you can turn off the oil cup switch.
Third, the lubricating oil of the connecting rod is injected into the lubricating oil through the four copper oil cups, and the oil injection window is provided on the gear side, and the oil cup is injected into the oil gun after the shutdown.
Fourth, the lubrication of the university gear of the machine should be regularly injected with oil through the oil injection port marked with the word "oil", and should be regularly checked.
(5) The shaft of the machine (including the flywheel side) and the bearings of the electric motor are lubricated with butter seals, and the oil should be changed in time every other year or when the machine is repaired.
