What factors affect the die-cutting accuracy of fully automatic die-cutting?

1. The wear and elongation of the main drive chain will directly affect the positioning accuracy before die-cutting. At this point, the chain can only be replaced.
2. Intermittent wear of the mechanism causes the tooth row to shake during the stop or start process, thereby affecting the die-cutting accuracy. In this case, it generally only affects the positioning accuracy. At this point, the intermittent mechanism should be inspected and repaired.
3. The positioning distance between the front and rear positioning swing frames is too small. Due to the inherent length error of the chain itself, if the positioning distance is too small, the chain error cannot be eliminated during front and rear positioning, thereby affecting the die-cutting accuracy. At this point, the adjustment screw of the front positioning swing frame or the CAM position of the rear positioning swing frame should be adjusted so that the front and rear positioning frames can move the tooth row by a distance of 2 to 3mm.
 4. The upper die-cutting plate or the lower die-cutting plate is not accurately positioned. Long-term use of the machine will cause the positioning blocks on the die-cutting plate frame or die-cutting base plate to wear out, resulting in excessive fit clearance and a decrease in die-cutting accuracy. At this point, the positioning block should be replaced.
5. Wear of the side positioning plate is an important factor causing inaccurate side positioning. Since the pulling amount for positioning is insufficient to compensate for the wear, it will cause the side positioning accuracy to deteriorate. At this point, the side positioning plate should be replaced.
6. The pressure of the paper gripper is too small or uneven. If the elasticity of the movable tooth of the paper gripper decreases due to long-term use, it will cause the paper to slip or fall off during the transfer process, thereby directly affecting the die-cutting accuracy. Uneven pressure between the paper grippers may cause the paper to be skewed during the die-cutting process. At this point, removable teeth should be replaced. In addition, the fixed teeth should also be at the same horizontal height='auto' rea; otherwise, there is a possibility of paper collision during paper picking or paper wrinkling after paper picking, which will affect the die-cutting accuracy.
7. During the operation, if the cardboard deforms or stretches, it will cause inaccurate "registration", thereby affecting the die-cutting accuracy. Appropriate paper should be selected to minimize the impact of inherent material defects on die-cutting accuracy

8. The operator's operational error leads to insufficient precision, or the die-cutting precision fails to meet the requirements due to the low precision of the die-cutting plate itself. At this point, professional training should be provided to the operators, the production management requirements should be raised, or the die-cutting plates should be remade.
